Signing up is free and takes two minutes, with no card. You can search straight away. We ask you to sign up first so candidates are only seen by real employers.

Everything except their name, contact details, current employer and a clear photo: their experience, verified languages, Recruitr score, visa status, expected salary, when they can start and when they last confirmed they’re available.

Every credit you put on hold comes back. Candidates have 48 hours to answer.

Credits you buy never expire. Only free credits we give you, for example from a promo code, can expire, and we tell you the date.

No. UAE law treats filtering by nationality as discrimination, so it’s shown on every profile but you can’t filter by it. You can filter by language, including native speakers, and by Emirati status.

Yes. Families hire nannies, maids, home cooks and private drivers on Recruitr, with the same interview and the same prices as companies.

If they leave within 30 days of starting, tell us from your hiring tracker. Once our team confirms it, your next request is on us.

Yes. Your team shares one employer account and one credit balance.

No. You never pay Recruitr: not to apply, not to be listed, and not when you get a job.

No. If you have one, we turn it into a clean Recruitr CV. If not, we write one from your answers.

A 15 to 30 minute video call with someone from our team. We look at your ID, talk in English (and Arabic if you speak it), and ask about your work. Have your ID with you and find a quiet place.

Yes. Employers see your visa status, and we explain what it means for them.

Only employers you say yes to. Everyone else sees your profile without your name, clear photo or contact details.

We always tell you why. You can apply again after 30 days.

So employers only contact people who are really looking. One tap answers it.

Your details and documents are encrypted. We never keep your ID number in a readable form. ID photos are deleted once the interview decision is made, within 30 days at most.
