What our interviewers check.

Anyone can write a CV. We look for the things a CV can’t prove, on a call with a real person. Candidates who don’t meet our standard aren’t listed, and we tell them why.

  1. Who they are

    Their face, matched to their ID on camera. They hold up the physical card, so a photo from the internet won’t do.

  2. How they speak

    English and Arabic, heard in conversation, not ticked in a form. The level you see is the level we heard.

  3. Their own story

    Three questions written from their CV, so made-up experience doesn’t hold up. "Walk me through your last job."

  4. The job itself

    The questions we set for that kind of work, from childcare to cold rooms to customer complaints.

  5. That they’re still looking

    Every listed candidate confirms each month. If they don’t, they move down, then out of sight.
