Seven steps to being found.
Here is exactly what you’ll see on your phone, from your first question to your first request. It’s free, all the way.
Step 1: Apply on your phone
About 10 minutes. It’s free.
One question at a time. You can stop and finish later. No CV? That’s fine. We write one for you from your answers.
Step 2: Show us it’s really you
UAE Pass, or a photo of your ID.
Use UAE Pass, or take a photo of your Emirates ID or passport. Then take a quick photo of your face with your camera.
Step 3: A person reads your application
Usually within 2 working days.
Someone from our team reads every application. If you’re a good fit, we invite you to a video interview.
Step 4: A short video interview
15 to 30 minutes, at a time you pick.
We look at your ID, talk in English (and Arabic, if you speak it), and ask about your work. There are no tests and no trick questions.
If we can’t list you, we tell you why. You can apply again after 30 days.
Step 5: You’re listed
Employers can now find you.
They see your experience, your languages and your Recruitr score. They never see your name, a clear photo or your phone number.
Step 6: You decide who gets your details
48 hours to say yes or no.
When an employer wants to talk to you, we send you the job, the area and the salary. Only if you say yes do they get your name, photo and number.
Step 7: Stay listed
One tap a month.
Once a month we ask: still looking? One tap answers it. Found a job? Mark yourself hired, or pause whenever you like.
